If you are having a late-night snack, you don’t want to have too much protein — it can keep you awake. You also don’t want it to be too high in calories, since it is so close to bedtime.
Here are a few suggestions for good late-night snacks:
1 cup of fruit salad (the size of a baseball)
one quarter cup of almonds
Glucerna brand snack bar
a bowl of popcorn (my favorite - almost no calories)
a bowl of honey-nut cheerios with skim milk

Boiled eggs are good. I use then as my snack with a glass of milk. It will keep you full.
what about a sugar free yogurt or pudding cup they are always good.
You can try fruits
1 slice of Weight Watcher bread and 1 tbs unsweetened peanut butter
You should perhaps eat a bigger lunch, but a good snack would be a handful of raw almonds, an apricot or plum, and some celery/carrot sticks with hummus.
