I am trying to reduce/cut out sugar from my diet, and was wondering if diabetic chocolate has sugar in it??

not much difference really, my mom is diabetic and has tried this and we were baffled why they call it diabetic chocolate.
she now eats bournville if she really really wants choccy, dark chocolate is always better!!!

I agree with one of the other commentators–portion control is the key. Diabetic chocolate is free of sugar and so is a better option than full sugar chocolate, but I would bet that training your palate to love fruits and veggies is the better option.

Diabetic foods can give you the runs especially the ones with diabetic sugar replacements, instead try dark chocolate as that is really good for you but don’t bye the cheap stuff, Thornton’s is OK for the price and tastes nice too.
