She is 3 yrs old, been diagnosed a week, all the info in leaflets and on the web is about hypo’s, but her probs at the minute are high BS not low.
Any help or advice? Also anyone know of any good support networks out there, that you don’t have to pay for?!

This is quick. I’m doing a health report on Type one: Diabetes Mellitus, and I have one section that has stumped me. I need to know what body systems have been effected in this. Everybody in my family parents,siblings,now me.Did my pancreas sputter out ? Is it insulin resistance ? I am 46 6′1 275 lbs w/ hypertension also . Have yet to see a primary physician since hospital tests.It’s alway’s 200-300 glucose,since I started to monitor it,and as you can guess, I have no chance of eating properly,with all those yummies out there.Guess I’m doomed.Why me?

After 6 months of greaduatly increasing to excruciating pain in both shoulders, an MRI and Orthopedic specialist says Frozen Shoulders are common in diabetics and therapy and Celebrex would correct it in @ 3- 4 months. Meanwhile I have torn the ligaments and tendons in both shoulders by overworking them during the course of everyday living.
