My father-in-law was recently diagnosed as a diabetic and has had to change his whole diet. His birthday is today and I do not know what to make for dinner or for dessert? Any advice would be appreciated.

She is 3 yrs old, been diagnosed a week, all the info in leaflets and on the web is about hypo’s, but her probs at the minute are high BS not low.
Any help or advice? Also anyone know of any good support networks out there, that you don’t have to pay for?!

My friend continues to keep all candies in the house and allows the child to indulge often enough, or shall I say once is too much. She buys WHOLE milk and I get crazy that at least TRY to keep healthier things in the hose from even the most basic–MILK!!!!! Her response is that the girl cannot have skim milk with diabetes as per her doctor, whole milk is better. Any truth to this?

When I weighed almost 200 lbs. I was diagnosed as a diabetic. My cholestrol was high. With diet and exercise my cholestrol is total of 140 and sometimes lower and my A1C averages 5.3. This is with no medication. I have maintained this for close to 8 yrs. My weight is in the 120’s. How do I get away from being tagged as a diabetic?

then doctors told me its a fungal vaginal infection due to diabtes and alteration of pH. doctor gave me anti fungal cream and said whenver you have vaginal infectin use this because it occurs through out the life. and now i have severe vaginal infection and i use antifungal cream . is this right
