I have so many life threatening conditions and cannot always remember what drugs or food I am eating which is of course no help to the medics.
If someone could suggest somewhere I could get something, bearing in mind that I am full time unemployed.

No one can tell you the best way for diet and excercise except you doctor.
You don’t mention what type of diabetes you have, you take oral drugs or insulin. You don’t mention any information except diabetic which is insufficient.

Basically, you want to eat better with moderation. I studied the recommended diet for diabetics and I agree it didn’t look fun. I found if I eat healthy and lower carb the world is great. I can recommend Taste of Home web site for interesting meals. Moderation is the key.
