The sweetener in baby aspirin is saccharin sodium with a dextrose excipient (a sugar). The benefits of taking baby aspirin far out weight the small amount of sugar. I know I’m a diabetic and aspirin saved my life. Please ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if you are taking a prescription drug for diabetes.
